Application periods are open for the West Award, the Lori Minden Tancer Award, and Momenta’s Portland, Colombia, and DC: Video scholarships. 

Our scholarships are sponsored by Momenta and our passionate alumni. With this tuition support, you can attend one of our incredibly popular workshops in the Project Series: Working with Nonprofits, which is produced in collaboration with the Leica Akademie USA.

The West Award is open to currently enrolled students in either undergraduate or graduate level colleges and universities. Project Portland application is due Friday, August 19.

The Momenta scholarships are open to amateurs, professionals and students. Applications are due for the following programs:

• Project Colombia: Due August 17, 2016.
• Project Portland: Due August 24, 2016.
• Project DC: Video & Multimedia: Due August 31, 2016.

The Lori Minden Tancer Award is available for new professionals who have been working in the field of photography for less than 5 years for any of our domestic workshops in the 2016-2017. Applications are due Wednesday, September 7.

On our workshops, attendees are paired with a deserving, local, underfunded nonprofits to complete a body of work on their outreach efforts. Photographers will learn to improve their skills from award-winning instructors during 1-on-1 editing sessions every night, as well as lectures, presentations, and a public slideshow party of the work we create together.
