Leica Akademie USA chooses Momenta Workshops as the exclusive producer of their Destination Series travel workshops!

In a partnership unprecedented in the workshop industry, Leica and Momenta will team up to create a series of travel adventures around the world in 2017. The workshop series leads off with our incredible Momenta and Leica instructors traveling to India and Myanmar (Burma). Other locations will be announced throughout the year, including 1-week workshops in North and South America.

Everything is new about this workshop series: new itineraries, new lectures, new instructor teams, and new photography excursions in each city.

The inaugural Destination workshop includes ten days with celebrated Photographer Craig Semetko in India. We will experience the excitement of Diwali celebrations in three different cities. Our second journey will take us to Burma’s most beautiful locations, where we will photograph the country’s ever-changing culture with Craig and Momenta instructors.

The Philosophy of a Destination Workshop

The workshop itineraries have been designed to give you more time on the ground to photograph and allow small groups of passionate photographers to travel in comfort. We have pre-scouted incredible locations ripe for documentary and street photographers, as well as created a schedule for intimate access to the instructor teams for private mentoring sessions.

A $2000 deposit will hold your space on a workshop with the final payment due 120 days prior to the workshop.
