A Crock Pot meal never tasted so good! Try your hand at this recipe the next time you have a dinner party, and your guests will think you slaved over this risotto all day. You may or may not feel the need to correct them.
Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Add ingredients to Crock Pot, set to medium heat and cover.
- Take a well-deserved nap.
- Check on your Crock-Pot. Does it look as risotto should? Good.
- Serve piping hot.
