Momenta Family Recipe: Sriracha Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

• 14 ounces Greek or Plain yogurt
• 3 tablespoons Sriracha
• 1 cucumber, grated
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste (or minced garlic)
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (or safflower oil)
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Grate cucumber in a bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
3. Store in a jar or glass airtight container.
